For the past year Petra has been working on not only her enormous War On Abuse Movement with 80,000 loyal followers worldwide, but also on her 3rd CD that is going to end up being a 2 part EP release. One for nice songs and one for naughty ones. A collection of songs which are a reflection of her battles for the rights of children against those who wish to harm them through abuse and sexual exploitation. She also throws in a song to lighten things up some as you can see by the new song. Her new non-profit organization, The P. Luna Foundation is getting off to a great new start here in 2009. She has become completely involved and intolerant of those who abuse children and has decided to devote a majority of her new 2 part CD to that topic and to donate the proceeds of her new CDs to the Foundation. The publishing for all of her new songs, is now completely owned by the charity. She hopes to complete these CDs by 2010.  The fiery redhead from Chicago, Illinois is a world-renowned performer and recording artist who sings in 8 languages.  She has also established an internet empire of over 100 web sites that run the engine of the army she wields with 80,000 anti-abuse activist soldiers worldwide.  They cover not only child abuse but domestic violence and animal abuse as well.

Petra started like most musicians.  In a garage band.  Then went on to get a degree in music with honors from Columbia in Chicago.  She also had a successful modeling career until her music became too demanding.  Music then became her life’s work.  She is currently one of the most “in demand” live singers in Los Angeles and has a busy studio session calendar as well.  As far as her CDs, she has been very successful in the underground music scene and is now breaking into the mainstream with her controversial songs about abuse.  Her most successful single “Whatever” sold over 20,000+ units and received extensive airplay throughout Europe.
